This self-service option is available if The Client of LA MARTINA prefer to manage The Customer's return on The User's own and have a registered account with which The User of company services placed The Client's order. The Customer can select the quantity of each individual item The User wish to return. Confirm The Client's return request, which will be accepted automatically, and an RMA code will be generated. The Clientll receive an email with a pdf containing instructions for returning the items, an RMA barcode and a list of the returned items. Follow the instructions carefully and post The Customer's parcel containing the garment to be returned. Once The company has received The User's parcel and checked the items, LA MARTINA will process The Customer's refund.
